OggSync provides a fully functional 3 day trial. This allows you to find out if OggSync’s sync capabilities are right for you. To start your trial:
As with any sync software, we recommend that you back up your data. OggSync makes every effort we can think of to protect your data. It has built in Google calendar download and backups to a directory you specify and also any deleted events are put into your Outlook Deleted Items folder. We still recommend that you back up your data in a manner you are comfortable.
Download the right version for you. If you are running Outlook 2003 or 2007, you must download version 4.23 at the present time. If you are using Outlook 2010 or 2013 or Office 365, download the 8.0.5 version.
Once the software is installed you will need to configure the Outlook calendar folder you wish to sync. This is accomplished by right clicking on the calendar and logging into Google.
Choose the calendars you wish to sync and sync.
