The only way it can be accomplished with OggSync is to disable the calendar sync part in the Exchange OTA, and instead use OggSync on Outlook to move your work appointments to google (on your PC, must leave it running), and to use OggSync Mobile to sync everything from Google to your Mobile.

Cool deal, but how does this work if you want your mobile to sync directly to your exchange server over the air? That's how I want mine to work, but there doesn't seem to be a way to prevent personal appointments in my mobile from showing up on my work exchange calendar. I know this is more of an exchange issue than an OggSync issue, but do you have any ideas?
