  2. Version Number installed (check the About screen or Startup screen for the Version and Date)
  3. Windows Version Used (Windows Mobile 5, 6, 6.1, 6.5, Windows XP, Vista, Win7, 32bit or 64 bit)
  4. Steps to reproduce the problem
  5. Expected Result
  6. Observed Result

Also include (if Outlook version) the sync log (menu ~ sync log) after you do a sync.
