These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OggSync software and services. By downloading, installing, or using OggSync, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License Grant

Free Version: OggSync grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the free version of OggSync for personal or commercial purposes.

Pro Version: Upon purchase, OggSync grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use OggSync Pro on a single computer. Each license is valid for one year and includes updates released during that period.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Rent, lease, or lend the software to third parties
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the software for any unlawful purpose

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your computer and accounts
• Backing up your calendar data before using OggSync
• Ensuring you have the right to sync the calendars you connect
• Complying with Google's Terms of Service when using Google Calendar

4. Data and Privacy

OggSync processes your calendar data locally on your computer. We do not collect, store, or have access to your calendar events. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

5. Third-Party Services

OggSync integrates with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. OggSync is not responsible for changes to these third-party services that may affect functionality.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

OGGSYNC IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that OggSync will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use OggSync at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL OGGSYNC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for OggSync in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Refund Policy

OggSync Pro purchases are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you're not satisfied. To request a refund, contact support@oggsync.com with your order details.

9. Updates and Changes

We may release updates to OggSync that modify functionality. Pro licenses include updates for one year. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of OggSync after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using OggSync at any time by uninstalling the software. We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of OggSync and destroy any copies.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
