OggSync Support Primary support for OggSync is via e-mail, please direct all support questions to: support@oggsync.com

When you send your email, please include the following (you can see versions in the Control Panel~remove programs list):

  1. Outlook/Office Version or Windows Mobile (Outlook 2003/2007/2010 32 bit or 64 bit)
  2. .NET Versions installed
  3. OggSync Version Number installed (check the About screen or Startup screen for the Version and Date)
  4. Windows Version Used (Windows Mobile 5, 6, 6.1, 6.5, Windows XP, Vista, Win7, 32bit or 64 bit)
  5. Steps to reproduce the problem
  6. Expected Result
  7. Observed Result

Also include (if Outlook version) the sync log (menu ~ sync log) after you do a sync.
